If the correct date IS NOT listed, hang up or log out and call your processing center because they will need to reset your weeks. When you call them, be sure to tell them you need them to reopen your APPLICATION or they will open a claim for the WRONG WEEK. Please keep trying to get through because we can’t fix the “wrong date” issue here at the union hall. That is a glitch in the ODJFS’s system.
